    MotivMfg was founded in Beijing in 2016 by Taiwanese founder Wei Xin and designer Gu Guanglun.
    Initially established as an independent studio that combined design and production, the brand’s philosophy is to create “garments born from tradition, made for the future.”

    By studying traditional garment-making techniques in depth, MotivMfg refines and transforms these elements into human-centered details and craftsmanship. The result is not merely nostalgic “replicas,” but innovative pieces that seamlessly blend with contemporary wear.

    With its own textile workshop and tailoring team, the brand utilizes specialized machinery and skilled craftsmanship to merge formal, military, and workwear elements—creating garments that balance comfort with exceptional detail.
