We use specially ordered chrome excel leather. Chromexcel leather is based on an eclectic blend of Vegetable Tanning and Chrome Tanning that makes use of the advantages of each. It has an aging effect. We challenged to further sublimate this excellent leather. I imagined peat = peat. We targeted a dark brown peat shade and added more oil to the already excellent Chromexcel leather. This is how the dark brown color was born. The other light brown color was created by targeting the whiskey color itself that has been aged in Scotland for 30 years.
